1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using MenuBoard Online ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
2. Description of Service
MenuBoard Online is a digital signage platform that allows you to display content on Windows PCs, Android devices, Amazon Fire TV, and Android TV devices.
3. Subscription and Payments
Free Plan: We offer a permanent Free plan with no time limit. No credit card required to start.
Pricing: The initial Starter Service costs £9 per month with 3 Devices and 1 Location.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Display illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Distribute malware or malicious content
- Interfere with other users' accounts
